To ensure your satisfaction, we kindly ask that you:

• Carefully review your photo(s) for quality, resolution, and accuracy before uploading, and
• Double-check all customization details before placing your order.

If there is an issue with your order due to a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your magnets, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
