Magnet details
How are the magnets made?
Our magnets are crafted using high-quality materials for a durable and professional finish. Each magnet consists of a printed image on photo paper, protected by a thin plastic covering. This is then layered onto a sturdy thin metal sheet, topped with a sleek acrylic piece for added durability. Finally, a strong magnet is attached to the back. Every magnet is carefully pressed to ensure a sturdy, long-lasting construction.
What printer do you use?
We use an EPSON Ecotank Photo ET-8550 printer along with glossy photo paper to ensure lab quality photo finishes everytime.
There are small scratches on the plastic covering, what can I do about this?
At imagine magnets, we take great pride in delivering high-quality magnets. Each of our magnets comes with a thin plastic protective covering. Despite our best efforts, small scratches may appear on the plastic itself. If there is a significant mark, please reach out - we're happy to help!
Orders and Returns
How can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the custom nature of our product, cancellation or changes cannot be made once production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm the status of your order.
What can I expect when I receive my order?
Our custom magnets are thoughtfully hand-packed in recycled 100% cotton pouches. These pouches are not only protective but also reusable, making them perfect for storing your magnets or repurposing for other small items. The pouches are then securely placed in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery.
What is your return policy?
At imagine magnets, we take pride in creating personalized products made especially for you. Since our magnets are custom-designed based on your images and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is completed.
To ensure your satisfaction, we kindly ask that you:
- Carefully review your photo(s) for quality, resolution, and accuracy before uploading.
- Double-check all customization details before placing your order.
Shipping Details
When can I expect my order?
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2 to 4 days. You will receive email notifications to keep you updated on the status of your order.
Where is my order being shipped from?
imagine magnets is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, being the traditional lands of the Anishinabe (Ojibway), Ininew (Cree), Oji-Cree, Dene and Dakota people and the homeland of the Metis Nation.
Do you offer local pickup?
We provide free local pickup in Winnipeg's Garden City community.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don't. We currently ship across Canada only.
